1. Structural Steel Fabrication
From concept to crane, we provide full-service structural steel support: - Design-assist and in-house detailing using AutoCad, BlueBeam and Tekla Structures - Shop fabrication using automated CNC, plasma and welding robotics - Field erection with coordinated delivery and installation

2. Miscellaneous Metals Fabrication
Our Misc Metals Division supports a wide range of commercial, industrial, heavy civil, and infrastructure projects with precision-fabricated components that are both functional and architecturally significant. These elements are often critical to site safety and performance, and we take pride in delivering durable, code-compliant solutions tailored to each project.
We manufacture a variety of safety components such as bollards, guard rails, and handrails and in site-specific metalwork such as dock leveller supports, lateral supports, and overhead door jambs. In addition we can do interior and exterior structure and accessories for governments and civil projects.
Each piece is built to meet rigorous standards, backed by technical expertise and our commitment to quality. With every project, our goal is to deliver reliable, long-lasting solutions that seamlessly integrate with your construction and design needs.
3. Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMBs)

Automation Robot System
The PythonX Beam Line is an all-in-one robotic automation system that performs drilling, cutting, coping, slotting, notching,
and marking on structural steel beams with exceptional precision. It delivers accurate and repeatable results, significantly reducing human error and rework. Capable of processing structural members up to ten times faster than traditional methods, the system greatly increases production efficiency while minimizing manual handling and setup—resulting in lower labour costs. Seamlessly integrating with detailing software, it enables a fully optimized workflow from design to fabrication. Its versatile capabilities allow it to handle a wide range of profiles, including beams, channels, tubes, and angles, making it a powerful asset for any modern steel fabrication facility.
Automation Robot Systems:
Our Yaskawa robotic welding cells features two fully automated stations designed to maximize productivity, consistency, and weld quality. These advanced robotic systems deliver precise, repeatable welds with minimal variation, significantly reducing rework and improving overall throughput. The dual-station setup allows for continuous operation—while one station is actively welding, the other can be loaded or unloaded—resulting in minimal downtime and increased efficiency. Integrated safety systems and intuitive controls ensure operator safety and ease of use, while the flexibility of the Yaskawa robots allows them to handle a variety of parts and complex weld configurations. This cutting-edge solution enhances both the speed and quality of our welding operations, supporting high-volume production with exceptional reliability.
Plasma Cutting System
The HD Rino Hyperion Edge plasma cutter is a high-definition cutting system engineered for precision, speed, and durability in steel processing. Capable of delivering clean, accurate cuts on a wide range of materials and thicknesses, it enhances both quality and productivity in fabrication. With advanced torch technology and motion control, the Hyperion Edge ensures consistent performance with minimal edge clean-up required. Its robust design supports high-volume production while maintaining tight tolerances, making it ideal for structural steel, plate work, and custom components. This powerful system not only accelerates cutting operations but also integrates seamlessly into our automated workflow, supporting efficient and cost-effective manufacturing.
Material Movement System
Our facility is equipped with six 10-ton Overhead MUNCK Cranes, providing robust and efficient material handling capabilities across all stages of steel processing and fabrication. Designed for heavy-duty lifting, these cranes ensure safe and seamless movement of large and bulky structural components, reducing manual handling and improving workflow efficiency. Their high load capacity and wide coverage allow for smooth transfer of materials between workstations, enhancing overall productivity and minimizing downtime. With precise controls and dependable performance, the MUNCK cranes are a critical part of our operation, supporting everything from raw material intake to final assembly and loading.
